FLAVIA'S ACTIVITIES

Senna-Project 2024
In 1982, Ayrton Senna’s career was up and about. That year, he raced 28 races within both British and European Championships with a Formula Ford 2000 (FF2000), winning 22 of those races, being 2 of them on the same day in different tracks!
In 2024, Flavia who is also born in 1982 also in São Paulo like Senna and has the same initials FF, among other parallels, the Brazilian race driver was invited to drive this iconic car (video!) of her biggest idol and inspiration! Results were very positive for this first dry run, being an amazing single-seater experience which will happen again.

RACING WITH FLAVINHA
My passion has been burning for motorsport since 40 years. I was born in São Paulo in December 1982, influenced by Ayrton Senna, the great idol of all Brazilians. My enthusiasm for cars influenced me early on and it was always clear that I wanted to do "something with cars" in my life. I get an education as an automotive mechanics and worked for a few years in a small workshop in Brazil, but my ambitious goals drove me to greater things.
I wanted to become an engineer and studied at the FEI in São Bernardo do Campo. In 2004, I made the step into the tyre industry, where I was involved in the development of road tyres, among other things. In January 2011, I was invited by Continental to Germany to become the first female tyre test engineer in OEM development. Since August 2017, I have been testing for the industrypool on the Nürburgring-Nordschleife.
